Our extremely intelligent bodies are made up of trillions of cells which have their own consciousness and seek and find alignment and balance on their own, at all times. Our natural state is one of absolute well-being and in the absence of resistance your physical body not only survives but thrives.
By deliberately focusing on good feeling thoughts you allow your physical cells to return to their natural balance. Our cells are guided by nonphysical source and have the ability to find their balance no matter what all of the time. If you remain in this feeling good, no resistance state, you will not only find that illnesses and unwanted physical conditions will heal and repair themselves, but you will also gain a steady maintenance of well-being and joy.
When you release any negative emotion and find a better feeling thought or when you meditate and relax, the maintenance of a good feeling body will come easily to you. Even unwanted conditions that have been with you for a while will gradually decrease until they no longer exist.
By releasing resistance and focusing on feeling good, a little more every day you will feel the power that creates worlds flowing through you. Your physical body will respond very quickly to the absence of resistance that you create through your focus. When there is no resistance you will quite simply experience the dominant feeling of well-being throughout your life.
There is no physical condition or illness that cannot return to its natural state of well-being. This is not so much about your body but about your allowing and your alignment to Source. Your body is a reflection of the balance of your thought and this releasing of resistance will produce positive change in your life. Beginning with the cells of your body, physical improvement will move through you at every level. We are vibrational beings with nonphysical roots and our bodies are simply an extension of that nonphysical source. When you take the time to find vibrational balance in your life, your physical well-being will be easy and effortless to maintain.
And from this place of alignment beneficial behaviour will be inspired and you will attract wonderful things into your life with ease and grace. The more ease you feel the less resistance you hold and the more the cells of your body can find their balance and improvement.
It is natural for us to feel good and to be well and to experience perfect bodily conditions. As you become a vibrational match to well-being, your body will show you the evidence of that.
Your body responds primarily to the content of your thoughts, beliefs and feelings. The more that you can release resistance by relaxing and focusing on all the good things that are already in your life, the health of your body will improve exponentially. Your life is supposed to feel good to you and you are meant to feel happiness and joy in your life. You are also meant to satisfy your dreams and desires. One of the best ways to do this is to feel gratitude and appreciation for where you are and excitement and enthusiasm for what is next.
