I have spent years watching what I eat and working out at a gym, only to be disappointed with my weight and the way I look. I tried Turbulence Training last February and I can not believe my results. I lost just over 30 lbs. which was my goal, but so many benefits of this program have changed my life. My energy is so much higher than it was and I actually spend less time at the gym tha
I did before I started the program. I am so glad I stumbled across this program. I have not only lost my unwanted weight, but I have a nice muscle tone that I really love.
Craig Ballantyne has gone above and beyond with his very personal approach to helping people get fit and lose weight. Ballantyne is an expert in fitness and has written articles for Men’s Health, Maximum Fitness and more. He sends out personal emails to encourage each person that has joined his group. He also personally responds to you when you ask a question in the forum. His personal customer service is a huge factor in my success with his fitness program. Throughout the program, I never felt like I was doing this on my own.
I have always focused on trying to get to the gym as often as possible. Craig has taught me that I should have been more focused on quality not quantity. I was wasting all this time doing the wrong thing at the gym. In fact, with this workout, you do not have to go to the gym, you can do it in your own home if you want to. I personally would rather go to the gym, something about seeing all these people walking around that have great bodies jut helps keep me motivated.
The Turbulence Training workout program beats the plateau effect and it continuously has you burning the maximum amount of fat in every workout. Workouts are short and intense so you will acquire a major impact on your body for fat loss. Turbulence Training’s program comes with a very powerful but simple nutrition guide for fat loss as well. This program is great for busy people who do not have a lot of time to dedicate to exercising.
Craig states, "Cardio doesn't boost your metabolism after exercise. Only strength training and interval training do that - while you work, sleep, and eat - your body will be shedding fat."
Turbulence Training comes with 26 weeks worth of workout routines that can be used over again. Included in this are introductory and intermediate phase workouts so that a beginner can hop right into the program. The rest of the weeks are advanced workouts that will really get you in top physical shape.
Turbulence Training is a revolutionary new way to get great results: if you commit to this program you will lose fat and you will get in better shape. Turbulence Training is based on sound, proven scientific research and years of personal training experience. The results speak for themselves.
