There are many different types of stress, but here are two great ways to get rid of stress that don’t cost a thing— they are totally free.

First, there is mental stress, stress that comes about by living in a crazy mixed up world. If a person is alive in this day and age they have stress. And with everything moving incredibly fast it’s no wonder we feel overwhelmed and stressed out.

We also have physical stress caused by chemicals in our food and poor diet. And eventually, this physical stress translates into mental stress and thus we feel overwhelmed.

Then we have spiritual stress, the stress of karma from previous lives, the stress of not knowing what to do next and feeling alone. Spiritual stress creates lots of stress! And there are other types of stress but the major ones are above.

But all three types of stress can be overcome with two simple ways of making life more loving.

First there is Meditation— And all the great spiritual saints, gurus, and avatars of the past have practiced being in silence and meditating for long periods of time. Be it Christian monks, Buddhist monks, or other groups they all practiced ways of silencing the mind in order to get rid of stress. And thus finally stop the chatter so they could hear the voice of God. And when we meditate we start to be more loving and kind to ourselves and everyone else— and start to eliminate things such as poor diet and environmental stress.

Second is the Name of God —-The second way to heal stress is to say the name of God over and over again. In all the spiritual texts it talks about the fact that the name of God, the Universe, and Great Spirit no matter what the name used has healing power. And repeating the name of God silently whenever the mind is not busy nullifies negative karma… and the spiritual stress associated with that karma.

Thus using these two spiritual practices together can make life much more pleasant— Creating a life filled with love, happiness, contentment and lots of peace.

And most of all anyone can partake of these two ways to get rid of stress and they are totally free.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
