The no of massage types available in these clinics and spas for example reflexology, sports massage, Thai massage, prenatal massage etc. Reflexology is the type of treatment in which there is gentle massage of the feet and hands. It is a holistic method to produce the balance and harmony in the mind. It works very smoothly. The reflexology is a technique based on the fact that the pressure apply to the specific part of the hand or feet also effect the internal parts of the body and keep it healthy and fit. The massage therapist only simulate these organs. The pressure not high then apply the gently pressure with the help of their fingers and thumb. Pressure applied puts out the stress and the body in balance. It benefits to our health by curing the many problems like digestive problems, migraines, circulatory and breathing problems etc. Sports massage is given to the athletes after or before any athletic event. If you want to cure your any problem related to your health then go for a reflexology.As mostly other therapies work on only areas but it work on the internal part of the body through massaging your hand and feet. The oils and other type of lubricant is used to remove the friction and pressure is applies in the different parts of hands and feet. The each massage is different from others like prenatal massage is for only the pregnant women which keep him healthy during the pregnancy days, other is Thai massage is conducted on mat and using feet ,elbow ,hand and body weight of the person. Other type is sports massage that given to the athletes to reduce muscle tension and swallowing and the last type is the reflexology in this pressure is applied on hand and feet that impact the other parts of the body .In this way every massage is different from other either it is Thai massage or the reflexology. The practice of the massage help you keep healthy and choose your massage type according to your requirements and field. If you rightly chosen then it will definitely helps you.The therapy called reflexology is the therapy that will suited to each and every person .each person wants to live happy and healthy then he/she should try one of the massage types that helps him to getting fit. The massage therapies also help your body internal parts like removing stress,keep relaxing mind and help externally like relax pain, increase flexibility of muscles and make it strong. So try to go for a massage to keep fit mind and body .
