If it’s not clear, clarify. In a relationship, if circumstances are not going well, maybe there’s a miscommunication. If the project didn't end up what is expected, most likely the instruction hasn't been clear. Understanding an individual is understanding what he specifically wanted from you. It could be unfair if you keep on assuming. If you aren't sure, enlighten yourself by asking.

4. Little Things Matter

Be keen to details. Small things matter and usually they mean the most. Giving attention to those who are less appreciated, people who find themselves usually left alone, will boost their ego. It gives them a sense of importance in this world which matters a lot. A simple smile, a pat at the back or a kind word will mean hope for them.

5. Personal Integrity

Relationships are generally developed on honesty and trust. Live with honor. If you're true to yourself, people can easily trust you. If you committed to get to a meeting at a specific time, then make certain that you will honor your word.People admire someone whose words they're able to rely on.

6. Sincerely Apologize

Saying sorry isn't degrading to anyone. It doesn’t signify that you lost the battle. This means that you just learned your lesson and ready to accept the process. In a relationship, apologizing sincerely is the kindest word anyone with a wounded heart could ever receive.
