Understanding the law of attraction is easy to do once you figure out the basics. There's no need to over-complicate matters either since this universal law is anything but that. A lot of people might find it hard to believe though, because we have a long standing belief that anything that comes easily is not worth having. That's about the only thing that makes this universal law challenging for some. But not everything has to be that way. Luckily, understanding this powerful law will clear that up for you! The Law of Attraction is the Basic Law of the Universe. It governs our life. Everything that happens to us is a result of this universal law. The $20 you found on the street, the poor reviews you got on your work performance, the present you received from your friend... There is no good or bad when it comes to this law. It might go against everything you've been taught to believe and yet it feels right in your heart, doesn't it? Understanding the law of attraction enables you to take better control of your life. Don't be afraid to make that leap. Affirmations Aren't Everything. While the universal law of attraction is partly about making affirmations, they're not the only fuel to the fire. Affirmations are but carefully-phrased mantras. You can stick as many affirmations on your bedroom wall; but unless you know how to harness them, you won't produce the results you desire. In the end, they will still be only words. Their true power comes out only when you combine them with emotions and visualizations. Don't Focus on the "Not Having." Said emotions and visualizations should not be about having nothing, but about having the very thing you desire. For example, if you want to attract a brand new car, you need to imagine the feeling and the scenario where you already possess that specific car. Don't look at your bicycle or ride the bus, thinking about how much a car would come in handy. The universal law of attraction is not the same as wishful thinking. The latter denotes that you wish you had a car because you don't have one. And guess which part of that statement becomes reality? There are many ways by which you can make this universal law work for you. However, understanding the law of attraction is the first step. Once you get the hang of the basics, it will come naturally for you.

It's easy for us to assume that other people do things the same way we do, but in many areas of life, including communication, people have very different styles.
