What Does PLR Stand For? PLR is an abbreviation for Private Label Rights. Private label rights give you the permission to publish content, written by someone else, as your own. In most cases it usually means you can put your name on the PLR content as the author, sell or give away the content as your own, or rewrite the article making it your own unique article. It is often associated with resell rights or reselling e-books. However, the difference with resell rights as compared to PLR is resell rights may not always let you put your name on the content as the author, you just get the right to sell the content or give it away free. What Is A Ghost Writer? A ghost writer is a person who writes articles for money. If you hire a ghost writer to do a project for you the content is yours to use as you wish, however the good ghost writers usually charge around $1000 for their services. What Would It Cost To Use A PLR Ghost Writer and Why Is It So Much Cheaper? The cost for a PLR article varies but they are usually around $20 for the better quality articles. These articles are so much cheaper because they write one article but sell it to many people. Why Should I Use PLR Content on My Website? You do not have to use PLR articles for your website. If you are looking to get free traffic to your websites then article marketing is one of the best ways to do it. You simply write an article with a link on it back to your website and then submit it to one of the many article directories out there such as: ezine articles, goarticles, Isnare, Selfgrowth, and many more. People read your articles and click on your link and you have a new unique visitor without costing you for pay per click or other paid advertising. The more articles you write, the more traffic you will get which equals the more money you will make.rnYou can if you wish write your own articles to achieve this free traffic or, you can pay for PLR articles. To do this on your own requires some research. You need to do keyword research and keyword density research. It is not a good idea to stuff a bunch of keywords into your articles and use them over and over again to try to get top rankings. This is looked upon as spam and your article will be worthless. There are free programs out there for doing this research but it is very time consuming. rnPLR content is already set up with your keywords in mind. There are articles for many niches and keywords for easy rankings in google and other search engines. This saves you time and possibly even money, after all in the internet marketing business time is money. To make money on the internet you need to spend your time wisely. If you can buy an article for $20 and it gets on the first page of google generating visitors for you; it just might pay for itself within a day or two. If you are not a good writer or it takes you two or three days to generate a good article then PLR just might be the better option. Where Can I Find More Information on PLR content or Better Yet Which One Do I Use? To find more information on PLR content or PLR articles you can search the web and read every website to see if it is what you are looking for. Not all sites are created equal.
