In order to fulfill any task whether it is personal or professional you need two things. Sincerity and morality. If these two virtues are present, then any task can be completed. What is Sincerity?rnThe term ‘sincerity’ means, being loyal to what we have committed to and seeing it through to the end. It can be applied to any situation, physical work, relationship etc. A sincere person conducts himself with discretion. If adverse thoughts arise in the mind, which are not in accordance with their goal, a sincere lets them go immediately. It means that they remain loyal and sincere amidst any adverse situation. They do not compromise with the virtue of sincerity. This is sincerity. What is Morality?rnMorality is when one enjoys those things that are rightfully his and that which is received naturally and spontaneously. Things that are snatched using emotion or power are of no moral value and will further lead only to destruction. Is it possible in this era, to be sincere and moral? rnYes! Though it is difficult, it is not impossible. Sincerity might not be visible in our conduct, but it should never go from our conviction. If it remains in our conviction then one day it will definitely come into our conduct. And when one conducts himself with others in the same manner, as he would behave with himself, then it is considered morality. rnNature helps both those who want to rise higher and those who want to fall. There is tremendous help from nature. It is upon us which direction we choose. First we need to decide what we want to do? Thereafter we have to make all the sincere efforts with conviction. Then the task will definitely get completed. We may come across a situation where we are sincere, but the other person finds us insincere from his point of view. For example, if our close friend tells us something unpleasant. What happens then? Negative thoughts start to arise in our mind about him or we do not feel like talking to him. Moreover, we start badmouthing our friend to others. This is what we generally do. Do we not? This conduct means that we have broken our sincerity to that particular relationship. Instead of reacting in this manner, we should keep calm, try to understand the situation and avoid any bad thoughts about that person. Try not to break the friendship that has existed for so many years. This is called sincerity. Misconception that sincere people are taken undue advantage of: We should not think that if we continue to work sincerely, people will take our undue advantage. Nature's law is such that it will never allow something like that! Nature never dwells outside the realm. rnThe law of sincerity is such that even doing something sincerely in private, it will be publicly revealed one day. We need not say anything about it. The world will definitely feel the vibrations. So all we have to do is continue our work sincerely. The virtue of sincerity is such that, if a person practices it, then this can take him to final liberation. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, an Enlightened Being says, “It will do if one achieves half the level of sincerity and morality. In this era of the time cycle, if one achieves fifty percent, even then it is more than enough. If one achieves one-hundred percent, then he becomes God.” To know more about Self-Realization please visit: https://www.dadabhagwan.org/self-realization/
