Unleash the Entrepreneur Within

It's not for everyone! As the the number one Online Life Coach this has been a huge breakthrough for many people when they realize that they simply are not cut out to be an entrepreneur, and it's ok. J. Paul Getty in his book How to be Rich talked about the three types of men/employees. The first is just a job mentality type, this person is also known as a Mr. Steady. They feel more comfortable being in a system that someone else creates, they just want to do their job and leave at 5pm. Most of these types take pride in their job and if they need to work some overtime they will, however it will be the first thing they complain about.Regardless they will do their job and show up everyday and expect to get paid every two weeks regardless of what is going on in the company.

The second type is the true manager or even CEO. These types will thrive on getting promoted and even running a company.Making tough calls and casting visions are things they live for but they have no desire to be the entrepreneur. They don't want to be financially responsible for the whole show, even though they are great at running the show. Many times these types have gone off on their own only to realize sometimes too late it's not what they want. Similar to a star players who turn to coaching only to find out they really just want to play.

Lastly you have the true entrepreneur, this person can only survive in one arena and that is starting the business. Many an entrepreneur sits idle in his cube wondering why he is never happy or truly fulfilled. Even after they get promoted they find themselves not being fulfilled. Similar to an animal at the zoo, sure you don't have to hunt for you food anymore and deal with the jungle, however the jungle is what you were made for. You don't have to be a Life Coach to figure that one out.

Only job people count their hours. A true entrepreneur never says Oh my gosh I had to work 80 hours this week. They simply do not think that way. Einstein's theory of relativity explains this the best. Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute and it seems like an hour, spend an hour with a pretty girl and it seems like a minute. So it is with the entrepreneur, the day simply is just not long enough to do all the things they want to do.

Even billionaires have cash flow issues. Sir Richard Branson talks about this at length in his new book and it is so refreshing to hear. Part of being an entrepreneur is battling the banks and the all institutions that make life a living hell to starting and running a business. However if it was that easy everyone would do it, right? Truly successful entrepreneurs realise it's a constant battle and they need to be armed with Life Coaches , mentors and people they can trust. Why? So they can stay encouraged to fight the battle and win!
