US trade bill 'breaks W.T.O. rules'

American government tried to protect local job markets and rolled out new policies to impose duties on subsidized goods imported from China and Vietnam.

US President Barack Obama is set to sign the bill to implement the policy, which stated that Chinese exports violates world trade organization rules.

China government has released official announcement saying that China will follow WTO rules and china will not follow American domestic laws or regulations which is can not conform to the international trade rules.

As per American local protection rules, China government also pledged to protect the legitimate interests of Chinese corporations and the country in accordance with the law.

Regarding the European sovereign-debt crisis, EU economy is still recovering and Greece economic may not come out of woods soon. It is believed that it it might take some time for its efforts to bear fruit.

EU and USA are taking austerity measures to boost employment and economic growth.

China has established a long and steady cooperation relationship with USA or EU companies through import or export.

China had already begun expanding imports from Europe and investing in the region, which would help provide more jobs there.

China did not meet the expected target in the first two months this year, but China is set to meet its official target this year of a 10 per cent rise in foreign trade.
