Use your body the way it is designed to be used

Using our bodies as they are designed to be used.
When we use anything we can not ignore how they have been designed to be used. Computer systems have specific design limitations and have to be accessed and operated in the way that was designed. Machines are the same. You can not drive a car by ignoring the way the steering is designed to be operated; via the steering wheel.
So why do we insist on ignoring how human beings are designed to work. Each aspect of each human- i.e. spirit, emotion, mind and body- have specific design features that limit that parts function and scope of operation. A computer and its associated bits of hard wear and soft wear is “similar” to the total human being. Each part is interdependent on the others and while each part can be cut away from the whole, the whole does not fully function and may not work at all if a vital part is separated.
Claiming to want to loose weight yet eating crisps and cream cakes; claiming to want to improve your body shape yet failing to exercise each day, these type of things mean either there is no actual link between the mind and the body or that the claims are false.
Thoughts need transferring to action or they are a waste of time. Intuition is not going to get us far if the intuitive “sense” is not translated into action though the mind and body.
Spirituality also needs working at, your spirit needs exercise and development, it does not gain anything without both connections to the rest of the total you and effort from that total you.
We are all intuitive, but intuition is not part of the physical world, it is part of the spiritual or non physical existence. As such, the intuition needs physical tools to work with. The intellect is rooted in the physical world; it is a function of the brain and is firmly part of the physical world.
So the intellect is a tool that intuition can use, but that intellect must have the knowledge and training; to enable it to be a good tool for intuition.
It is no good the intuition telling you that the car will not start because the plugs are faulty, if you do not know what a plug is or how to fix them. Nor is it any good if you know all this but do not have a spanner to fit the plugs.
The physical body is just as important; it is the mechanical tool of the mind. It is the means by which we interact with the physical world.
The intuitive connection with the spirit is a two way thing. The spirit learns through the experience of the physical body. If we disconnect the intuitive senses, there is no path for experience to reach into the spirit. The objective of physical life will be defeated; the spirit will have gained nothing from this inca
ation and have to return to the “classroom” again at some future time.
The object of human physical existence (life) is to have those experiences that communicate (via the intuitive senses) to the human spirit and so enable that spirit to become conscious of and actively able to fulfil its role in creation.
Returning to the earlier analogy. Put a tight clamp round the petrol feed to an engine and it will not work. Block the exhaust system and the engine will not run properly. Restrict blood and energy flows within your body and it will not work. Eat foods that clog the digestive and excretion systems, live within such stress that it overpowers all else, then nothing will work. Because you are not using the body in the way it was designed to be used.
Magnets ease the flow of both energy and blood. The energy links the spirit, emotions, mind and body to each other. So magnets can act as a signal booster, as used on TV sets when the reception is poor; but there has to be a signal and there has to be a reception, magnets can improve and they can speed repair but they can not put in place that which is not there.
If we could all live stress free lives, we could all eat natural organic foods, if we drank only pure clean water, if we all had plenty of exercise in fresh air; then we would not need treatments for our health. As it is we need to correct the imbalances caused by the life we all live. Magnets can be a good part of this correction. It is much better to act sooner than leave it till you have an illness. The ancient Chinese sages used to say a wise man never deals with big problems.
