In older days doing exercise during the pregnancy was totally forbidden. Usually, people thought that it would hurt baby and cause problem in delivery. On the contrary, fitness and exercise in pregnancy both are interrelated, which means doing workouts or exercise during pregnancy will help women to reduce the pregnancy pain and deliver the baby normally without any trouble.
