Deep freezers are considered as one of the most essential equipments in a laboratory. Besides their indispensable requirement in a laboratory, they are widely used in restaurants, retail shops, and food industries for storing and preserving of food. Deep freezers are also commonly used in several research organizations, medical centers, research laboratories and pharmaceutical industries for storage of blood samples, micro organisms and other chemicals. Unlike the stores, deep freezer never closes and whenever the user needs any food items or the medical organizations need any samples, deep freezers prove to be of utmost importance.

The temperature range of deep freezer vertical ranges from -25 degree Celsius to +/-0.5 degree Celsius as per the requirements of industry. Most of these models are incorporated with programmable micro processor based controllers which in some way or the other provide better accuracy and indicators that display the working temperatures for better monitoring. Apart from the temperature range, power load is another factor that should be taken into consideration while setting up a deep freezer. Deep freezers normally require strong power load. The power supply of these equipments is 220v/50HZ 1 phase, can change as 220v 60HZ or 110V 50HZ or 110V or 60HZ.

Deep freezer vertical are double walled cooled units, in which the outer body is made of thick aluminum sheets and the inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade or anodized aluminum sheet. These equipments are incorporated with PUF insulation and high pressure injection machine to protect the equipments from temperature fluctuations and environmental friendly CFC free refrigerants as coolants for increased energy efficiency. They are even provided with the feature to adjust or select any baud rate for any serial communication port. The outer and the inner wall are constructed within the gap of 100mm which is filled with high grade polyurethane insulation which somehow ensures maximum thermal efficiency.

The deep freezer vertical are designed in a way to give the best possible hygiene and they generally use high resistant, non corrosive materials for external and internal surfaces, shelves and other components. These equipments have a sturdy construction and a key board lock and password protected configuration page with an audio and visual alarm, high or low temperature alarm, power failure alarm, low battery alarm, filter blocking alarm and a system failure alarm. These equipments even have a strong seventy two hour battery backup facility.
