The main reason for excess fat in the body is due to overeating and under exercising. We all know this. Obesity, or any other weight problem, begins in the mind not in the body. Although the cravings for food when you are hungry originate in your body cravings for fatty foods, sweet cakes etc., when you are not hungry emanate from you brain. It is your mind that holds the key to your weight loss. Also, your lack of exercise is just a habit that you have formed or a result of laziness. You are fat because of how you think and feel not because your body has a certain propensity towards getting fat. However, just as the mind can create problems for your weight it can just as easily, and quickly, fix those problems. Hypnosis has been proven to be one of the best tools available for effecting change in attitude, habit, thought and feeling. Hypnosis is so powerful that it can be employed as an aid for convincing your mind, at an extremely deep level, that healthy food is more desirable than junk food and that exercise is fun. This is why hypnosis is such an effective tool for losing weight quickly and permanently.
