Using Jealousy To Get Your Ex Girlfriend Back

As ‘sleazy’ as it may sound, jealousy is one of the fastest and most effective ways to influence how your ex girlfriend is feeling after breaking up. When you make your ex jealous, you skip straight past her rational thought processes and into her deeper emotions. In some cases, making her drool with jealousy can actually make her come running back to you... especially if she’s already moving on after your relationship and doesn’t really seem to care much getting back together. It can also backfire and have some rather severe negative consequences, so you should always tread carefully when trying to make your ex jealous. On that note, something important to remember: if your ex finds out that you are actively trying to make her jealous, then it will backfire and push her further away. Additionally, your friends and anyone else who finds out will almost certainly think that this was a petty and desperate act on your part. So anytime you try to incite jealousy, you have to be very under-the-radar with your approach. Now, with that out of the way, let’s move on to the more important topic: how to make your ex drool with jealousy. The most obvious way to create jealousy is to begin dating someone else. Replacing your ex girlfriend with a new girl quickly and without any second-thoughts will of course make your ex jealous... it’s just human nature to be jealous when you’re replaced in a heartbeat. There’s nothing that says this new ‘replacement’ to your ex has to be someone you’re planning on marrying. Rebounds are ok if they help you either a) move on from your ex; or b) make her jealous enough to realize she’s made a mistake in breaking up with you. So, if you happen to run into a girl you used to go to high school with and end up back at her house for a late-night drink, then your ex will almost certainly be jealous when she finds out... and there’s no commitments to this girl who is happily serving as a rebound. (Just make sure she knows it’s nothing serious and just a rebound!) Now, finding someone new to replace your ex after a breakup is obviously the single most effective way to incite jealousy in your ex... but it’s also one of the least likely to happen. Even if you do have the willpower to go out on a date with someone new after the difficult breakup with your ex, it’s not always possible to make this known to your ex without pissing her off and having things get even worse. So, since that’s not always possible, you’ll have to go for pla B: making small changes to your life that will subtly make your ex jealous. One small change is to demonstrate to your ex girlfriend that you’ve moved on from the relationship before she has. Even if she broke up with you, she will be upset for a few weeks after... and will become extremely jealous at the fact that you’ve already moved on while she’s still trying to get over you. Another way to make her jealous is to make small changes to your appearance and lifestyle that she may have wished you’d done when the two of you were together. There are literally dozens of such changes you can make easily: put on a few pounds of muscle at the gym, join a boxing class and learn self-defense, get a wardrobe makeover, etc etc. These are things that will make her question whether she was right to break up with you in the first place. Lastly - and one of the most effective ways to create jealousy - is simply to be as social as possible. Whenever you have the chance, go out with friends and do things. It doesn’t have to be exciting or involve meeting new women, just get out in the world as much as possible. Meet new people, try new things, go new places... just general be a social animal for a few weeks. Your ex won’t be able to avoid noticing, and will wonder why you’re so socially active all of a sudden. This is especially effective since you can let her know about this new social lifestyle (without looking too obvious) by using Facebook, Twitter, etc. If you can do one or two of these small things, you’re almost guaranteed to create some jealousy in the back of your ex girlfriend’s mind. Inciting jealousy isn’t a surefire way to get your ex back, but it’s definitely one of the most useful tools you can use.
