<u>The morning walk</u>

General Description Exercise is one of the best way to maintain health and morning walk is one of the best way of exercise. Morning walk is a best exercise for the people of all age but it is not easy to leave the bed early in the morning. Early go to bed and early rise is compulsory for morning walk. The people who comply with these rules can make their health. I am a student and normally go to sleep around 11 PM. Therefore, morning walk is difficult for me. However, my father is a very hard taskmaster. He makes me wake up early in the morning and starts teaching me mathematics. Once, I reminded him of the advantages of morning walk. So he asked me to dress up in shorts and get ready for a morning walk. Locality of Parks My house is located on the bank of city. The locality of my house is very famous for its parks and other entertainment places. I was surprised to see so many people having a morning walk in the park. Healthy cool breeze was blowing. The green leaves of the trees were whispering along with the wind. The birds had left their nests and were flying away in every direction. The sunrise was a glorious scene. It was pleasant to see the first rays of the ball touching the earth. Initially, the ball looked like an orange-colored but gradually, it covered itself with beautiful beams. Activities during Morning Walk I saw that the park was full of people. They were busy in various healthy activities. The children were playing with a small ball in one corner of the park. Some young boys were running a circle. The most difficult exercise is running, however, it enhances our stamina. There were others who were practicing various exercises like chin-ups, set-ups and beam. In another corner, a yoga teacher was teaching yoga exercises. The learners were raising their hands and legs in a balanced manner. He asked them to laugh. All of them laughed so loudly that I could not control my own laughter. I saw different groups in the park. Some of them were students whereas other were professionals. A flag was fluttering in the middle of the park. Some young and old persons saluted the flag and sang a patriotic song. All of them were wearing white shirts and khaki shorts. They were standing in four equal lines. This group was learning material arts. My Activities It was my first morning walk. My father asked me to make two rounds of the whole park. It was thrilling to run a few steps but it was not easy for me to complete two rounds. After running for a few steps, I returned to my father and told him that there was little time left for the study of mathematics. I was between two devils, learning mathematics and running a race. My father agreed and we returned home. Conclusion Morning walk is a healthy activity for all age group, therefore, we must go for morning walk in order to maintain our health and become a good citizen.
