Uttarakhand or Uttaranchal is the 27th State of India formed in the year 2000 in the month of November. The State was the mountainous region of Uttar Pradesh. This new State offers beautiful view of the glacier, adventure, pilgrimage tours, trekking, and many more to do. Uttaranchal or Uttarakhand is also known as “Devabhumi” or ‘Land of God”. It is called so there are many Hindu holy places in the State. It is also one of the favorite destinations as it is adorned true nature with high mountains, snow water cooling, pure and fresh air and relaxing. It is certainly a heaven on earth.
