All forms of meat are considered to be very energetic in nature and are also known to bring about strength in the body. However, at the same time, they hold risks as well. Therefore, consuming them beyond certain measures or having these items as a part of your daily diet could turn out to be harmful instead of being beneficial to the system. In the form of an example, having too much of it can increase the levels of cholesterol in a person and is capable of bringing about obesity in him or her as well. Similarly, it is believed that vegetables and fruits are not sufficient to make a person strong. This is not exactly true. While they cannot be compared to the various from of non-vegetarian food that is available, what is supplied by meat to the body is not given by vegetarian. However, at the same time, it can also be argued that being a vegetarian is a much safer option than the other. This is because, those who consume any form of animal protein are more likely to get certain diseases and thus they are more vulnerable to health problems. As a matter of an example, swine flu and bird flu are two health problems that created quite a stir in many nations all over the world. Similarly, there are various kinds of industrial wastes and oils that are sometimes released into the sea. These chemicals and particles can enter into the stomachs of fishes and other forms of aquatic live. When these are consumed in the way of sea foods, there is a chance of that person developing some kind of a disorder on account of those harmful constituents entering his or her body thorough the fish that he or she is consuming. Therefore, having fresh fruits and vegetable is a much safer option even though they too are in many cases manipulated thorough the medium of various enhancing process such as the use of pesticides and such other means because of which they turn inorganic and less natural. Yet, the wide variety of them is capable enough of proving a person with his required supply of nutrition and nourishment, and such a person can be as strong and fit as one who eats any kind of meat.
