Everybody is talking about the Mediterranean Diet like is the only alte
ative for loosing weight in a natural and safe way.
I`m a vegetarian for 5 years now and let me tell you how everything started. I was over-weighted, I don`t know if was because of the stress or something else but a work colleague told me to try vegan food for 6 months in order to lose weight and have a healthier life.
I was skeptic when I started, I even felled week for first few days but in short time I realize that I had more and more energy, even my mood improved a lot, but I had to keep this diet for 2 months before I started to see notable results in my weight loss journey.
I know in Europe both Mediterranean Diet and Vegetarian Diet are appreciated especially in Spain, Greece, Italy and France and are considered the best food for our heart and overall health.
Because I was getting married the weight loss process was to slow for me and I started to browse the internet trying to find a natural supplement that will work well with my weight loss process. I found two different supplements. Different because of the ingredients but according to the manufacturer both are natural and made in the United States. Let me explain in you in few words about this two supplements.
CLA Safflower Oil
Well we all know that safflower is a plant and from the safflower seeds we can make an oil who is well know that can help in different diseases like heart disease, diabetes, atherosclerosis and in the latest fiends we found out that Safflower Oil is amazing for weight loss. Burning fat with CLA Safflower Oil is a safe way to do that but combine this supplement with a Vegetarian Diet for optimal results.
Turmeric Forskolin
The second weight loss supplement is Forskolin with Turmeric. This yellow spice is original from India and I think is the most used spice in the entire world. According to Forbes, turmeric can help you to be slim and sexy again. They also say that we can use this spice in teas as-well.
You can do that, but the combination between turmeric and Forskolin is amazing in my opinion and you should give it a try or at least to read the full review below.

You cant expect to have a healthy lifestyle if you rely only on supplements and diets, the most important thing you can do for your health is to exercise at least 30 minutes per day (ore 2hours if you really want to lose weight).
