You should also consider that the vegetarian weight loss can not work for you. Some people have ethical principles that lead to this type of plan. If you only do it to lose weight, you can always change something if it does not work for you. This type of diet is very rich in carbohydrates, which is a problem for some people. Healthy eating is important, but being overweight affects you much quicker and easier than a steak from time to time. Stick to your principles, if it is your right, but if weight loss is the reason, and you can not lose, it could be time to try something else.
