Spain is known for its culture festivals with hundreds of festivals and events taking place throughout the year. The days of the dances celebrate the days of patron saint, events and food festivals on the subject: the country knows how to have a good time and no where better than your VILLAS IN MALLORCA. These provide the chance to dance until you drop and where the local culture could certainly be a major attraction for millions of Britons who travel each year in Spain for a holiday. Having a wide variety of travellers, the country is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a fun family vacation and travel with a large group of friends. To stay in a Mallorca country house could be ideal for these types of holidays, with such a wide range of different sized features with varying degrees of facilities means that it is certainly one to adapt to any break. So when is the best time to head to Mallorca? What can visitors can get up to when they are there? Any time of year is almost ideal for a holiday in Mallorca. The island, the largest of all the Balearics, enjoys an enviable climate all year round. The good weather is one of the main reasons why Mallorca continues to be a haven for Brits looking for a place to take their summer holidays, and is certainly one of the best points about the island. However, some months can be ideal for those who want to experience some of the Spanish culture and see a festival or two to enjoy their stay in the region even more. In June, the island comes alive with the sights and sounds of the world famous Fiesta de San Agustin, which will be held in Felanitx. The festival will mark All Saints' Day in San Agustin. Guests can become fascinated with traditional dance, which is often accompanied by music from flutes and bagpipes. Another must is the dance event Cavallets Els, an attempt to increase the fertility rate among the inhabitants of the island. Locals participating in this dance can often be seen dressed in colourful costumes of green, pink and white, dancing around a woman who may be dressed as a pony. The dance symbolizes casting out demons and is usually performed twice in Felanitx Fiestas de San Agustin. When night falls, thoughts turn to the best way to spend a night in Mallorca, and the good news is that visitors are really spoiled for choice. Bars and restaurants that cater to families and customers of all ages also make ideal for starting points for all night dance club. Visitors to the island should certainly make sure to try the food that is available. As an island, Mallorca is known for its incredibly fresh seafood which can be found in most restaurants. You are advised to order a number of different plates of tapas and share. These small plates are ideal for those who like to sample as much local food as possible when they are on vacation. Those who have a big appetite can enjoy a more traditional Spanish dish: paella, which is made of rice, prawns, chicken and vegetables. While the British may have tried to continue their eating routine from back home, the chance to try local food in a traditional Spanish restaurant, cooked the right way, is something that should not be missed. After a hearty meal and a drink or two, getting back to your VILLAS IN MALLORCA can really be the best way to enjoy a relaxing evening. Visitors were able to finish the day with a swim in their pool or just relax with all the comforts of their holiday home.
