This leaves residue and causes the facial issues to persist. Having the understanding of these issues will help aid you to success.
What kind of liquids are you drinking? There are plenty of diuretics out there that dry you out. While the obvious solution is water, green tea can help in a lot of ways too. First of all, most green tea has antioxidants. Green tea also helps with blotchy skin as it is anti-inflammatory. There is also an ingredient called epigallocatechin gallate. This has been shown to prevent collagen destruction. This prevents wrinkles, lines, and discoloration.
Stress is another factor when it comes to having bad skin. There are plenty of ways to work on cutting back on stress such as Yoga and other types of meditations. Whatever you find to be a stress reliever, do it more often. This helps your body, spirit, and your mind leading to a healthier look.

atives. Change things up by cutting back on your dairy intake and taking a calcium supplement. We all love our pizza, but we don't need to have it every day.
Sleep deprivation also adds to complexion issues. We all need to have the proper amount of rest every night. By doing this, this gives your body time to heal with whatever issues it may have going on. Not only that, but you get to look well rested! No one likes carrying bags under their eyes!
Make sure that you decrease on the diuretic usage. As stated earlier, there are plenty of beverages out there that can really dry you out. That's not it, though.
