11. They want you to transfer the title or property deed to them

12. They suggest and encourage you to lease your home to enable you to buy it back over time

13. They try to pressure you into signing papers you have not had time to read or study and that you do not fully understand.

14. They tell you to make all mortgage payments directly to them instead of your lender.
