The first petition expressed hesitation about the feasible usage of Bitcoin In India along with other digital currencies in untraceable cross-border trades, making them as attractive tools for cybercriminals and tax evaders. Part of the petition read: “The lack of concrete mechanism delaying the regulatory structure has left a lot of void and which has resulted in total unregulated and unaccountability Bitcoin trading and transactions.” In spite of the rising appetite for crypto-currencies in the nation, regulators still haven’t determined how to control Bitcoin In India along with other digital currencies. Until then, Bitcoin won’t be thought of as a legal tender in India.
