Hi Everybody, Today is Hump Day...interesting! Growing up I really never understood why I heard adults always saying this on Wednesday, but now I do. I catch myself saying it to my kids. I guess Wednesday for most is finally the day where you are back in the swing of the week. You have your schedule set up, you are used to the alarm and you have a sense of relief that you made it up this side of the hump and going down the other side is in sight. It is typically the most popular day at the gym, in exercise classes and when you see the most people out and about being active. This is why today I wanted to introduce to you a quick and simple workout blast that you can do today. It is two minutes long and you can do it a few times today or just once. What ever you prefer. Each day for the next 5 days you will get another 2 minute workout. Each day you will add the new 2 minute workout onto the last 2 minute workout. So by the end of the 5 days you will have a 10 minute workout that is fun, effective, easy to do, challenging and it will be memorized because you will have done it each day. When I teach exercise I want to teach you something that you remember so that when it comes to doing something active you don't have to have a trainer or a book or a magazine. You will carry this with you like we carry a prayer, the pledge, our drivers license and the habit of brushing our teeth. So to get started today all you need is a watch. A watch with a second hand or the timer on your pedometer or the stop watch on your watch. The exercises are listed in order. They are easy to follow and if you want to do it twice...GO FOR IT! Begin 1. 20 seconds run in place, 20 seconds jumping jacks, 20 seconds jump up and down on two feet 2. 30 seconds bend your knees like you are going to sit in a chair. Butt is back and your weight is in your heels. Extend your arms straight out in front of you. Hold and breath. 30 seconds stand up and rise up on your toes. Go up and down on your toes squeezing your calve muscles. Thats it. You did it. This is the first part of our ten minute workout. Breath through out the exercises always. Have fun and stay tuned for your next step. Stay Fit, Kathy K.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
