The baby is still dependent on the mother and it is important for the mother to take care of the hygiene and sanitation. CHICKEN SOUP rnIn a pan boil the chicken until cooked.rnBlend the boiled (boneless) chicken with vegetable stock and puree into a soup. - - SOFT KHICHDI- rnMix rice and moong dal and soak them in water for 10 minutes.rnDrain and transfer them to pressure cooker.rnClose the lid of cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles.rnTurn off the flame and let steam pressure comern-- Milk should be diluted with boiled cool water in ratio 2:1. The amount of water is gradually reduced so that in the course of few weeks the baby receives undiluted animal milk. - down naturally. Serve when cool.
