The concept of web slices was introduced by Microsoft and could be used in Internet Explorer where the websites could be monitored easily from the browser. It however had one limitation, that the owner of the website had the authority to decide which part of the website could be sliced. The use of these software’s and many more which are being developed has made this tracking systems a very easy and convenient tool to be used.
