Lost in the idea of weight lose, not knowing where to start. There are so many different products out there related that we are not sure if one works or not. Our mind set is every thing. Our mind is lost is what is going wrong and what is missing is that internal drive and motivation to take action and beat this food battle. Some out there take wonderful care of their bodies and are always physical active doing what they love like running, kick boxing, gym. This is their internal passion as they are having fun been active. That is a clear sign that if you find something active you enjoy you will lose weight naturally and for some obvious reason you will not have as much time to eat and meals would be more routine. Although this is fact, we still struggle. The struggle is the way we think and feel about ourselves. There are plenty of miracle cures out there to burn that stomach fat, even pills, scary thought, how one tinny tablet satisfy your appetite or a milkshake. This will result in lost body energy due to lack of protein to your body which will make you feel tired. Then it would be tough to be active and lose weight. Mental attachment issues can and have resulted in major cases of depression and thinking about it even more only adds to the struggle. This first step to start is acceptance, accept that you need some fine tuning, not size 0, very unhealthy. The way you need to approach this is to understand what you have, you as a person which is a gift and you need to look after this gift so that you can see the world and enjoy your life as much as possible and do all the fun things. Lost in life, dull and negative is life's purpose. So in a realistic close to the bone angle is that you have to not see your weight issues not even in the mirror and notice the beauty of everything else around. Start with your eyes, you would be blind without this gift, your ears and so in. The point of this weight lose exercise, is if you can focus on the positive parts of your body (not the fat don't get lost in the idea) and notice things around you, your possession you will start feeling a lot better about yourself and this will build up your positive drive to take action and start looking after your body. Stop letting food harm you and go out there and have physical fun and laugh a lot. I know easier than said. Maybe. Still fact! Love yourself first your body first, and then mind and take this lost energy and motivation and put together a realistic weight loss goal. Slowly. I would start with water, drink lots of it, it makes your mind think your stomach is full, more the better and it is a wonderful natural gift which keeps your natural digestive system flowing. Of course it taste good, especially cold out the fridge, its a mind game remember. The next step of your goal would be to set your routine time schedules and eat your three meals a day at the same time, no cheating, snacking is a lose and is very unhealthy just before bed. Your digestive system is not burning calories. Once you have completed the two steps above, cut down on your portions. Thank you Jonathan Wilson.Once you get this far with your weight lose struggle and no longer feel lost, you have gained control, no longer lost of your weight. Now watch this.
