I put this to the test. I selected these 3 noted Amino acids for weight loss - the BCAAs (branched chain amino acids), L-glutamine and L-arginine. I eat a relatively stable, greater than 50% raw food, protein enriched, diet. I exercise 5 times weekly using weights and the trampoline for aerobics.
