"If you want to see what your body will look like tomorrow, look at your thoughts today." - Navajo proverb According to the Law of Attraction, when you think a thought or feel a feeling, you broadcast vibrations out into the Universe. These vibrations magnetically connect with people and circumstances of like vibration. In fact, you're like a giant magnet pulling into your life whatever you focus on. Like a magnet, you draw people, things and circumstances into your life that are in harmony with your dominant vibration. At every moment you draw to yourself the essence of what you predominantly think and feel. So how does the Law of Attraction apply to weight loss? First of all, it's important to recognize that focusing on, visualizing and dreaming about your ideal body creates your ideal body. Similarly, focusing on, worrying about, and struggling against unwanted weight perpetuates your overweight condition. How empowering it is to know that you can change your physical condition by directing your thoughts toward the body you desire. OK, right about now, you're probably asking, "If all I have to do is think about what I want, then why am I still carrying around this excess weight?" In accordance with the Law of Attraction, it can be for only one reason: You've been focusing more on your excess weight than on your ideal weight. Your body is an exact replica of your thoughts and feelings. As you begin to focus on what you do want rather than what you don't want, you begin to consciously create the circumstances of your life rather than creating by default. When you have a desire, you're placing your order and the Cosmic Chefs get busy preparing it for you. So, for example, if you have a desire to be thin, you're placing your order to be thin. If you then think, "but I'm fat and I'll always be fat," you have in effect called the waiter over and canceled your order to be thin. The point here is that the waiters and the chefs in the Cosmic Café all work for you. When you place an order, they immediately respond to your request and will serve you exactly what you desire UNLESS you cancel your order. Changing your body is, therefore, a matter of changing your mind, which means you CAN attain and maintain your ideal body weight - no matter how much weight you want to lose, no matter how long you've wanted to lose it, and no matter how may diets you've tried in the past. Your thoughts created the body you now have. Your thoughts can create the body you would like to have.
