Life as well all know is all about survival. Life has always been about survival of the fittest. Fitness is the only key to lead a long, hale and healthy life. Ageing is a part and parcel of the package. But irrespective of how old we are, if we are not maintain our fitness, we are bound to feel old and weak and as time worn out we will finally succumb to it and perish in terms of existence. Age is just a figure and no matter what it is, we can still feel young if we are fit enough. Fitness is not just about weight loss as it can also be about weight gain. It is just about maintaining a fit body that is neither fat nor thin. Fit farms or fitness centers are the only institutions that can help us stay fit throughout as they have trained and qualified authorities who know everything about being fit and maintaining the same as well.
Of course, they can only provide you guidance. It is up to you follow it for your own well being. We can perform the exercises on our own without any guidance provided we have sufficient background knowledge about the same exercises. However, it is very important to execute these exercises correctly, as otherwise, it is bound to damage our body and the severity can never be assessed entirely. Also if we do not perform the exercises properly, the whole purpose of the exercise is lost and the wrong posture makes the wrong muscles to work out which is certainly not advisable. Thus it is better to put ourselves in the hands of an expert when it comes to achieving our fitness goals.
Fitness vacations are highly popular these days as many people work quite hard with barely anytime for even eating or sleeping and these vacations are the only time they get where they can work out on their fitness. Here are some weight loss tips for staying young that is followed by most fit farms.
1. Exercise: It is very important that everyone exercises at least 6 to 7 hours in a week.
2. BMI (Body Mass Index): Staying fit is all about the right BMI. BMI is all based upon the fact that your weight should be as per your height. The value of BMI for an athlete ranges in between 18-22. Whereas a normal healthy person would range about 22-26. Anything beyond is overweight and this value is calculated based upon your height, age and current state of weight.
3. Waist measurement should be lesser than 35 inches for a person lesser than 6 feet. For a person beyond that height, 36 to 38 is acceptable.
4. Keep your cholesterol levels under check. It should be less than 200mg/dl. 160 is the normal range.
5. Have a healthy diet with right amount of nutrients supply. See to that it includes sufficient amount of fibers.
6. To lead a healthy life a person should get sufficient sleep. Normally a person must have at least 7 hours of it.
7. Thorough body medical checkup is a must to keep you healthy.
8. Avoid taking in too many antioxidant supplies such as vitamins etc.
9. Avoid bad habits such as smoking and drinking at all costs.
