The holiday season is truly magical. There’s something about visiting with family and friends, the hopes of the new year, and the wonderment of the season, that makes us dream and believe in magic. In keeping with the theme, what do you wish for your business in the coming year? Here are the top wishes we hear from clients every day.

Blog more – you know you need to blog. Blogging creates content that can be repurposed for social media, newsletter, or a lead magnet. It is the perfect medium to stay connected with current, past, and prospective clients. But how… especially if you’re not a writer! A few tips:

Keep it simple, and keep your blogs to under two typed pages

Handle one subject in detail versus multiple subjects with no detail

Keep active on Social Media – You know that online marketing and, more specifically content marketing is where businesses are spending their time. But how are you supposed to add more to-dos to your growing to-do list? The first step is to create a social media strategy, that can include a mixture of posts that:

Share content from other thought leaders

Comment on the posts of others

Interact with questions you receive either as a comment or DM

Post original content – keep it simple and succinct.
A fun “day in the life” post – it’s great for building rapport!

Generate more leads – who doesn’t LOVE leads! Where do your leads come from now? How could you maximize those channels (such as LinkedIn) to bring more business in? Do you have lead magnets on your website? Curious to learn more, reach out. We can easily show you have to better work with LinkedIn, or to create a polished lead magnet.

Stay accountable – You need to define your goals and create action around them. Use a vision board, a journal, or join a mastermind. Perhaps share your goals with your partner or close friend. Keeping your goals to yourself, or not creating structure around them, could lead you to keep putting your needs off, while you focus on the needs of others.

Leverage my time better – how is your business structured presently? If you’re a coach and are presently working 1:1 with clients, you’re limiting your earning potential. There are only so many clients you can serve when you’re working non-stop. Changing your offering to include group opportunities not only serves you (helping more clients at the same time) but can help your clients with potentially a lower price-point for group coaching. This also lets you reserve your private 1:1 coaching for VIP’s. Sounds interesting, doesn’t it!
