Till lately, all business houses were having an uncouth fax machine in their offices and spent a lot of time and money transmitting documents to the intended recipients.

That bulky contraption in the corner of your office was certainly not impressive and the method of faxing was cumbersome and even messy using toner and ink. As the fax machine was imperfectly designed, there were frequent paper jams and paper wastage.

Things have changed dramatically with the ushering in of the internet and the innovation of sending fax over the internet. Internet faxing has become hugely popular because of cost and time saving as also the simplicity of operation. It is an undeniable fact that internet faxing is displacing fax machines and making the traditional faxing methods obsolete.

The advantages or good things of internet faxing can be listed as below:

.There is no need to buy a fax machine and hence no upfront capital investment and blocking of money.

.The absence of a fax machine saves a lot of floor space.

.As no fax machine is required, there is no question of spending on its maintenance and bothering about downtime.

.When the fax machine breaks down, the entire fax operations get disrupted and at times even for a few days till the machine is restored to order.

.Huge saving of operational costs as there is no need to buy consumables like ink, toner and paper.

.Since all faxes are exchanged electronically, you can just print the ones you want to print and avoid wastage of paper.

.With an Internet fax, the fax copies are electronically organized.

.Internet faxing uses the Internet and that makes transmitting documents faster and more efficient.

.Fax messages can be accessed from any place where there is internet connection and you need not be confined to your office anxiously waiting for an important fax message.

.Faxes can even be transmitted to a mobile phone where they can be viewed anywhere at any time.

.The service is accessible to all staff stationed at any location, without necessitating the purchase of more machines and recurring consumables.

.With internet faxing, customers, employees and other stakeholders can also send faxes from wherever they may have access to a computer.

.There is no longer the need for a separate dedicated phone line for fax purposes.

.Waste is totally prevented because all fax transactions are made through a computer account and spam can be deleted before it ever goes to print.

.There is no longer the frustration of paper jams, busy signals, and messy operations.

.Your fax number can accept multiple calls at once, saving the sender time re-dialing when the fax machine is busy.

.Outgoing faxes (email to fax) can be sent to multiple fax numbers simultaneously, saving you valuable time.

.Faxes are sent directly to email, so the recipient can simply save them in his/her computer. Most businesspeople are quite familiar and at ease using e-mail and other online means of communications.

.Because a fax machine will automatically print every fax that comes in, including spam and irrelevant faxes, tons of resources are needlessly wasted every day. Internet faxing is therefore environment-friendly.

.Staying competitive requires using the latest technologies and with Internet fax you have an edge over your competitors.

.There will be more and more advantages as Internet faxing technology is getting further perfected and becomes more commonplace.

The Quiet Engine Behind Every Connection Most people think of telecom services as towers, signals, and mobile data moving invisibly through the air. Yet behind every call that connects and every message that reaches its destination, there is another system quietly working in the background. That system is the call center. While customers often interact with telecom companies only when something goes wrong, these centers operate constantly, guiding problems toward solutions an
