Interestingly enough, when piloting a ship or a plane, you are off course most of the time and will continuously reassess your location in conjunction with your destination or goal. You are working to achieve something – whether it be recognition, money, or just to advance in your career. If you do not tell yourself, in a concrete manner, that this is what you are working for, then you will never get close to achieving any of the goals that you put in front of you.
