Snoring is a very common problem. It is a problem which millions of people suffer from it each night. It is such a common problem that people tend to under-rate its seriousness. Living with a snorer can be really trying and cause tension in a relationship . Snoring is not funny for the snorer's partner.
It is also one symptom of a serious sleep disorder known as sleep apnea .There are a number of sleep disorders, snoring may be a symptom of a more underlying problem, basically there is a problem with your breathing while you are asleep. It could indicate sleep apnea ,this condition may be life threatening and will require a visit to your doctor.
If your air passageway is blocked this can create serious issues with your health. It may be the first sign that the airway is narrowing. It is a symptom of mechanical blockage of the airway. It is described as a noisy inspiratory sound produced by vibrations and partial obstruction in the oropharynx. When we snore we create a loud annoying sound because our breathing is restricted in some way.
Snoring is a disorder experienced by more than 50% of adults. It is a major social problem for many families. It is one health problem that is just taken for granted by others. It is not only annoying problem for many who sleep in your town. Snoring can disturb the sleep of the sufferer to a significant extent.
Snoring will cause your sleep to be disturbed which in turn may cause a condition known a hypertension as well as heart problems.
There is the potential of heart disease, you may suffer a stroke plus diabetes. It has widespread health implications including hypertension, depression and cardiac disease.There are many potential reasons why we snore and these include obesity,our body shape,along with other illnesses affecting the upper airways. To put it in a nutshell , if you have some of the above symptoms don't delay, see your medical professional because snoring can be dangerous.
Snoring is caused by something blocking your airflow. It might be caused by something that even your roommate is not aware of.Dryness in the throat area will causevibrations or loud sounds. It can be caused by a few different things. Snoring is associated with physical problems as well as social stress.
Breathing through your nose rather than through your mouth is a good idea to stop snoring. But, how do you accomplish this.?There are a number of devices available, a suitable physical product which fits into the nasal passage (it looks a little like a nose clip that some swimmers wear)
will have the effect of opening up your nasal passage as opposed to closing it.
There is also the option of wearing a nasal strip, easily positioned across the bridge of the nose, the nasal strip will help to keep the nasal passageway open.
