What does Acid Reflux feel like?

The main symptoms of acid reflux are: nausea, sore throat, vomiting, and pain in your stomach,also a hoarse voice. When someone with the disorder tries to fall asleep, they may feel the acid in their stomach and in their throat. It may keep the person awake at night when they are trying to go to bed.

The person may feel nausea one day and vomiting the next day. You may think your having a heart attack but it is really reflux. Due to nerve endings, the pain can feel like its coming from anywhere in the esophagus area.

It is important that you understand what acid reflux feels like because you want to know what your experiencing. There is a wide range of symptoms that you can experience, and so not everyone feels the same way when they have acid reflux disease.

It can be misleading to people when they have trouble breathing because they think of other alignments.Reflux can last several minutes to several hours or days. One of the most common causes of reflux is pregnancy; it's inconvenient to have this condition but it does not affect the child. It usually goes away when the woman is done with her pregnancy.

It can also happen to people who are over the age of 40 years old and it can happen to people who have sensitive stomachs.If you think you have acid reflux based on these symptoms, you should contact your doctor immediately.

Regardless of the way that it feels,reflux is very much a treatable condition. You should avoid smoking because one of its many drawbacks is that it aids acid reflux.

In addition you should not drink caffeinated beverages such as soda alcohol or coffee because it can cause the disorder to be worse. Some foods to avoid are: tomato sauces, citrus fruits, fried foods, and spicy foods.

If you are suffering from the condition you may want to try a natural treatment for your condition such as eating red apples, water, honey, and aloe Vera juice. When you drink water, you should be sure to do so after every meal. The reason that you should drink Vera juice is because it helps the sphincter.

You should eat five to six small meals per day because this will help with digestion. If a natural solution does not cure the problem, then you should consider taking pills to manage the condition.
