What Does Being Successful Mean To You?

We begin this lesson with a very simple question. What does being successful mean to you? For some, it may be that they woke up with the privilege to begin a new day. For others, it could be that they got a raise at work, were recognized for doing something good in the world, or perhaps they landed the perfect relationship. Success might be the loss of a hundred pounds, or even one pound. It all depends on the personal needs and desires you create for yourself.

What if you were presented with exactly what you wanted? Would you embrace it, or repel it because it is not something you are familiar with? This is the most important point we have for you. Learn to live with the mindset that you have already achieved your goals so that you can reset them when they are accomplished. Otherwise, it is likely that you will sabotage the gifts given to you from the universe. When people think they want something in particular, many times they are not prepared to know what to do when they materialize. Of importance are the way you treat finances, health and romance. With the latter, when the universe gives the right person to you, if you are in a pattern of co-dependence or stuck as an enabler, you will find any excuse to ruin the opportunity. You will consciously and subconsciously fabricate a story so that you can be comfortable staying in familiar territory.

Spirit wants you to expand! We want you to know that if you have never done one sit-up, that success does not have to be at level where five hundred is okay. Just an individual one equates to being successful. Naturally, human tendency will have you looking to do more and more. This message is really not about health or wealth. It is not really about romance, but it is about love. When you make a mistake in your thinking or your actions, success will be when you are comfortable with making atonement for the cause. If you never give up on yourself; if you never allow acceptance of your mistakes, then how will you ever be happy? No, this is not a "free pass" to repeatedly do things the wrong way and then pat yourself on the back as if nothing happened. It is about knowing that the key to your joy in life comes from having a partnership and successful relationship with your Higher Self; with your God in heaven, no matter what name He goes by in your mind.

Each time you reach out to someone for help, that is an automatic realization that you are not perfect. That is perfect in and of itself! There is no need to put an abundance of pressure to do or be someone as revered as Jesus is. Keep in mind a very important fact. In the eyes of the Supreme Angel, your perfection was given to you. Perhaps your physical life struggles should be seen as part of the perfect plan. Have you ever thought about that? Support can come from the most unlikely of places, but it is always available from those loved ones in spirit and around you. We ask that you let today be a new journey on your worldly path of discovery. Allow the angels to carry the load of guilt and insecurity you may feel so that you can be wisped forward with the Lightness and likeness of your teachers in the Golden World. May each of you be filled with promise and be blessed with the awareness that success is simply how you deem your personal relationship to be with the things that are important to you. Redemption is always available, but you need to claim it in honorable ways. May inner peace and treasures overflow for you. These are The Spoken Words of Spirit.
