What Does Your Body Require?

Did you know your body has different requirements for food in the hot summertime than it does in the cold of winter? It’s true.

Your body probably needs light, cooling foods in the summer, like fruits, vegetables, and raw foods, and requires less food than at other times of the year.

If you live where the winters are cold, your body needs complex or concentrated foods that create heat in the winter, like meats, grains, and beans. And you might need to eat more food in the winter than in the summer.

Your body’s nutritional requirements change with any number of different kinds of stresses in your life.

Studies have shown that diet helps or hinders your stress load depending on the type of nutrition you take in. Food that has been healthy for you in the past can become unhealthy for you, and vice versa. This can be due to changes in your body from reactions to stress, health conditions, aging, and a list of other factors that can be summed up in one word: anything. And your life is constantly changing. It’s different than it was five years ago, and probably five months ago or even five days ago.

Stress affects your entire energetic being, and bringing your energy back into balance can require a particular food. The only way to determine what your body needs to enjoy balance is to ask it using the Food Codes method.

What are The Food Codes?

The Food Codes is a process I created to determine what foods your body is asking for. It’s based on emotional clearing and energy healing techniques as well as Quantum Biofeedback Technology.

The Food Codes is perfect for anyone who wants to tune into their own body rhythms to learn the perfect food for their body type, physical and emotional goals and lifestyle.

Your body knows exactly what to eat for optimal health and wellness. If you are tired of yo-yo dieting, chasing the latest eating craze, but still continuing to struggle with your weight, The Food Codes is your answer!

The Food Codes book explains in detail exactly how to determine what your body needs, wants and is asking for.

In this book, you'll learn simple muscle testing techniques that can tell you exactly what nutrition your body needs in any moment, whether you are at home, in a restaurant, or at the grocery store. Once you master this easy testing method, you'll no longer struggle to decide what to eat, but get trusted information from your own body.

The book includes a wealth of food lists, easy-to-customize recipes, and information that will help you on your journey to on-going health and wellness.
Here's what one reader had to say

“With her groundbreaking new book, The Food Codes, Lana Nelson gives us a way of living and relating to food that has been desperately needed for as long as people have been around. You don’t have to wonder anymore about what to eat. You don’t have to be pulled this way and that way by the constantly changing ideas of science (and your friends’ opinions) about what foods are good for you and what foods are not. You can simply ask.

The Food Codes makes the abstract idea of communicating with your own subconscious mind simple and concrete. Imagine. Your food needs, what’s good for you and what’s bad for you, are different from my food needs. Everyone is different, and that’s what makes The Food Codes so eminently useful. So, you can stop listening to everyone else, change your relationship with food entirely, and start eating what your body really wants and needs. What a concept!" ~Dr. Bradley Nelson, Author of The Emotion Code
