High fat and high protein meals are good for your health, don’t get me wrong, fat and proteins are essential to your body and they are the ones responsible for making you a strong and healthy human being. However, the kind of meals I’m talking about here is not your typical cheese burger or salami sandwich, the best high fat and high proteins meals are foods like beans and red rice, they do contain high fat and high proteins but your body will deal with them in an amazing way. Now, I’d like to tell you about three things that are going to happen to your health when you eat a high fat and high protein meal, like a cheese burger or a beef burrito. . . Pay great attention to these consequences and be ready to change your eating habits, because on the long run, it’s what’s going to make you live longer and live a healthy happy life. The first consequence of eating a rich meal is that you blood is going to become thicker. When you eat a high fat meal, your blood will become very thick to move and it’s consistence is not going to stay the same; in fact, it will be difficult to move and it’s going to have dangers repercussions on your health. Do you know which organ is going to suffer the most from such a condition? It’s your heart, it’s going to have very tough times to move your blood around and it’s going to push itself to the limits to drive all that thick blood to the corners of your body, this is why I’ve always advised people to eat lots of garlic and/or take allimax with their meals, it’s good for the blood. Whenever you eat a fatty meal, just try to imagine how your heart is going to struggle to keep your thick blood flowing and how it’s going to tire itself after years of this regime. The second consequences of eating high fat and high proteins meals are that you are going to damage your kidneys. 20 percent of your heart’s efforts will be directed towards your kidneys; after all they are responsible for filtering your blood and dealing with toxins and wastes in it. However, when you introduce too many proteins in your blood and system, your kidneys are going to have a very difficult time to deal with them and it will lend up saturating them and making them fail their primary function. With time, this condition is going to become worse and worse and you will end up losing your kidneys. Avoid high proteins meals. The third consequence of eating a rich meal is that your cholesterol level will reach very high magnitudes. Your cholesterol level is an important indicator of how health you are, if you’ve got high cholesterol, then you are in danger of clogging your veins and arteries and this will give you a heart failure with time. This is the reason why you only need to eat rich foods that come from plants; it’s the best way to stay healthy.
