WHAT IF THERE WAS ONLY ONE QUESTION YOU COULD ASK WHAT WOULD IT BE ?

There are several wonderful, high frequency questions that can be asked that open us to living, thinking and acting from a higher frequency "What is needed here?, What it the highest priority here? These are wonderful questions to open personal awareness to unlimited possibilities and to encourage dropping personal agendas of what "should be" Is it possible- that one question can have many answers- all of the perfect? All of them "right" I discovered this magical question, "What would Love Do?" through the study of Conscious Breathwork with Dan Brulé During the training he shared the question that he asks when presented with situation in coaching that he does not have an answer for. He asks: WHAT WOULD LOVE DO? At the time, I thought what a loving open question and let it go- storing in those workshop binders that fill the shelves in my office and highlighted as a great idea. About a year later, I found myself in a situation in which the sense of unhappiness, frustration and unmet personal agendas seeped into the very core of my being. One day I bowed my head in anguish, not knowing how to heal, to let go, asking out loud what do I do? ¹ From the training of Transcendental Rebirthing with creator Ivonne Delaflor Alexander In that moment, in that question, a voice so clear in the space said "WHAT WOULD LOVE DO" the answer came CELEBRATE, BE JOYOUS FOR THE OTHER There in the room, alone I could feel my personality surrender, my stories of what should of, would of, could of, began to crumble. First a smile, then laughter began to bubble up from some deep place within my being. This awareness of love, beyond personality unfolded. Since that moment, this question is the one I ask when I experience times of stress, anger and frustration toward those that I love, I ask myself = WHAT WOULD LOVE DO? and suddenly everything becomes clearer, lighter, brighter and very simple. In those moments when you feel offended, when in looking outward for signs of love, you experience anger, loss, sadness, here is a choice, the question, that only offers the perfect answer The question What Would Love Do? is an invitation to that higher part of our being. It is without agenda. It nurtures this space, this sense of a love that is beyond personality, a vast universal and limitless sea- of inexhaustible love.
