There are a lot of weight loss products on the market, and it is very hard to keep track of all of them. It seems like every day there is a new product being released. All of the diets claim they are the answer to dieters’ problems. Many of these claims have not been evaluated by medical experts and still others contain potentially harmful substances. Dieters want diets and products that promote health and offer natural solutions.

The hCG diet continues to be popular among many dieters, even though it has been around for more than 50 years. This is in part because of how successful the program is and that’s due mostly to hCG. What is hCG? HCG, or the human chorionic gonadotropin, is the “secret ingredient” that makes the diet with hCG so successful. The hormone is a natural hormone found in pregnant women. This hormone was discovered to have fat-burning properties by a British endocrinologist and was used to treat obesity patients before being offered to the public at large.

There are three phases involved in the hCG diet: the Loading, Maintenance, and Stabilization phases. During the first phase, the dieter has to “load” or eat fattening foods. The dieter may eat whatever he or she likes, focusing more on foods that are high in sugar and fat content like chocolate and pastries. This will help the body form more abnormal fats which will be needed for the next phases. During the second phase, the dieter is then asked to take the hCG drops while following a strict low-calorie diet. According to the hCG diet protocol, the dieter has to go on a 500-calorie diet everyday, which will help a lot in making him or her lose weight fast.

During the last phase of the diet, the weight will stabilize. The dieter is asked to stop the hormone drops but may still continue with the low-calorie diet. The calorie intake may slowly be increased, as stated in the protocols. The dieter must make sure that he or she follows the protocols wholeheartedly or else the weight loss will not be as rapid as expected.

The use of sublingual hCG is more effective than other diets on the market because it helps to speed up the process of fat-burning in the body. There are other weight loss diets out there in the market, but only the hCG diet can give the dieters the rapid weight loss they desire.
