What is mental health? Mental health is the positive wellness of the mind that includes emotional well being and the ability to enjoy life and cope with everyday demands. People who have mental health realize their own abilities and work productively coping with normal stresses of life that are in fact unavoidable and inevitable. Mental Health is important to your well being. It helps express emotions positively in a normal way. If these emotions are not expressed it can lead to depression and abuse of drugs and alcohol and in the worst cases cause mental illnesses and disorders. Mental health includes the ability to enjoy life. For those without this joy and happiness life can be a burden and instead of enjoying it, it becomes such a chore and one has to push through everyday feeling unhappy and depressed. rnEvery day, life presents to us challenges that can jeopardize our well being-diseases, floods, earthquakes, recession, traffic jams etc. Whatever comes our way we can either win or lose and this starts in the mind. Mental health presents you with the tools to help you cope with these difficulties and help you maintain a positive attitude towards life whatever the circumstances. It helps you come up with solutions to the problems where possible and even where it is not possible you will come out of it positively and without distress. People with mental health think positively and attract positive results and positive relationships to themselves. The physical is a reflection of the inner energies. Your thoughts and feelings create your own life. People attract whatever they focus their energies and attention to, whether it is positive or negative. What do you really want? What do you crave for? What do you want with all your heart? People attract what they want strongly and passionately. They focus their mental energies towards what they want and the subconscious mind gives it to them effortlessly whether it is joy and happiness, health and longevity, peace and harmony, love and friendship, success in business and career, wealth and riches, the dream job or home, positive relationships in their marriage. They get what they want in their life if they want it good enough. They get what they desire most.They focus on the End (what they want) and the Means to achieve what they want follows. Positive attracts positive. Positive people attract others to them who have the same positive thoughts and energies like them. This is also true about, negative attracts negative. It is therefore important to control and attract positives in order to have physical and emotional wellness and well being. What is mental health? It is the ability to remain motivated, focused, creative and flexible in good and bad times, in the ups and the downs, through the mountains and the valleys of life and coping with the normal stresses of life a better person and making a contribution to the society leaving the world a better place than you found it.
