These newly created devices have the same functionality and accuracy as those oximeter devices before, the only difference is their portability. The machines before were large and not easily transported but now they are small and extremely lightweight which is generally designed for patients who wanted to measure their pulse rate and oxygen saturation. The essence of these oximeter devices is to provide an easy and convenient way for patients who need regular monitoring and if they notice an abnormal reading they can immediately call their doctors to diagnose their abnormality and further recommend solutions to avoid more complication and worsening of the situation.
