The core aspect of spirituality is to realise that, ‘I am really a pure Soul.’ It is called Self-Realisation. rnThe Soul is made up of infinite knowledge and infinite vision, but it is currently covered with veils of ignorance. Owing to ignorance, we mistakenly believe the body or the name given to this body as our Self. So all along we have believed that, ‘I am this body and name.’ rnOn the path of Akram Vignan, Gnani Purush, the Enlightened One, with his divine spiritual powers, breaks those layers of ignorance when we sit to attain Gnan (Self-Realisation). As a result, the direct light of the Soul starts. Through this direct light, we are able to experience our Soul.rnThus, upon Self-Realisation, we attain the awareness of the Self. We understand that we are really a pure Soul, totally separate from the body and the name and all that it entails. Consequently, we begin to view the world through the vision of this Self i.e. the Soul. We also realise who the real doer in this world is. Currently, one believes ‘I am the doer’ of any task that one does. But after Self-realisation, one understands that the world runs naturally. When all the required scientific circumstantial evidences come together, the result happens automatically. Hence in reality, no one is an independent doer. Owing to this right understanding, no new karmas are bound. And one’s focus now is on finishing every old karma with equanimity, so that it sheds off completely. Upon Self-Realisation, one attains the first stage of liberation i.e. freedom from all kinds of suffering and misery. Amidst unfavourable conditions too, in one corner, one constantly experiences the uninterrupted bliss of the Soul. As the awareness of the Self increases, one is able to discard more and more karmas by maintaining equanimity.rnThe full stage of enlightenment is attained when all the deluding karmas covering one’s Soul are successfully destroyed. Such enlightenment is called Keval Gnan (Absolute Knowledge). And when each and every karma finishes, the Soul is liberated. The ultimate goal of spirituality is this! Ultimate liberation means freedom from the vicious cycle of birth and death forever. Now, one does not have to take birth ever again nor will one have a body that is subject to pain and misery. At this stage, the Soul is completely free from all karma. The effulgence of such Absolute Soul illuminates the entire Universe! Self-realisation can be acquired from Gnani, the Enlightened beingrnThe Enlightened being is One who is Self-realised and is able to help others attain the same. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, fondly known as Dadashri, was such an elevated enlightened being. In June 1958, Dadashri attained spontaneous enlightenment. During this moment, a phenomenal spiritual revelation of Self naturally occurred within Him and the fully enlightened Self manifested within Dadashri. With this experience of the enlightened Soul, He became Gnani Purush i.e. the Enlightened One. Although spontaneous enlightenment happened at this moment, this was actually a result of His spiritual- seeking efforts of many previous lives. Param Pujya Dadashri then gave to this world the precious gift of Akram Vignan, the spiritual science that today’s generation can easily grasp and imbibe. As a result, today, we all can attain Self-Realisation in just two hours. For this, all that we have to do is go to the Living Gnani and sit in Gnan-Vidhi (the two hours Self-Realisation ceremony, which is totally free of cost). We neither have to renounce the world nor do any severe penance, no fasting or chanting is required on our part. Nothing has to change on the outside, with the divine grace of Gnani, the change happens inside for Self-Realisation is the core of spirituality!

In Gujarati, I call it 'Vyavasthit Shakti'... It is all run by scientific circumstantial evidences. The whole world is run by this energy. These words are not easy to understand, unless
