God means Power; God is the One who has the absolute power!rnThere are uncountable books written on this subject, and many saints and even common people are on the path to know about the Real definition of this Supreme Power; known God!rnSome people are opinionated that God is the Supreme Power who regulates this world, punishes the evil and rewards the good in this life or for a person’s future lives to come. rnBut if God were to “run” the world, then why are certain problems like: poverty, malnourishment, corruption, pandemics and unhappiness not vanishing away? Why is it that God allows certain people to be poor to beg around for their survival and allow the riches to sleep soundly in lavish palaces? If he was the regulator of this world, then why such inequality with the world? Moreover, for people who believe in the law of karma (good intents yield positive fruits and bad intents yield negative fruits ), God being the doer and regulating this world is a contradiction! THE GENERAL STIGMA –rnWe have been worshipping God since childhood, but without knowing his real identity, his attributes and his real function! While young, there is this picture painted within us about God, which is associated with the religion that we follow. But do you know Gods like: Lord Mahavir, Lord Krishna, Jesus Christ, Lord Rama, Lord Shiva and Allah, whom we today follow, have never started any religion, sect or caste? They all were normal living beings. But their sheer dedication to know the ultimate truth, realizing their Real Self, and their sincere spiritual efforts to exhaust all their karmas in order to achieve Ultimate Liberation, is what has made them God! The religions were formed much later by their worshippers. WHAT IS THE REAL MEANING OF GOD –rnToday, we call Lord Mahavir, Lord Krishna, Jesus Christ, Lord Rama, Lord Shiva and Allah ‘God’ because they have destroyed all their deluding karmas, they have become free of anger-pride-deceit-greed and have no attachment with the body. We can comprehend that a person who has achieved such spiritual qualities is God. Hence, God is not a name but an adjective! REAL MEANING OF GOD IN AKRAM SCIENCE –rnParam Pujya Dada Bhagwan offers an eye opener to the definition of God. “What you see with the eyes is not God, to whom you refer as God is mortal. The one that is within this body in the form of an eternal element that is, the Supreme Soul is what we call God. Soul is an eternal element present in every living being. God is the Pure Soul”. This means the Soul within us is God which is eternal. Soul has inner qualities of infinite Vision and infinite Knowledge. These qualities of the Soul is what makes God the most Powerful One in the world!!! However, these qualities are obstructed by the veils of one’s Self Ignorance and karmas. Consequently, we, the common man, cannot experience these qualities within us. Until you believe “I am this name”, you are in a state of Ignorance. When you realize your real Self, “I am the Pure Soul”, you recognize God. Therefore, it is said that it is only after Self-Realization that we are able to worship our most revered Gods in their Real form! HOW DO I RECOGNIZE GOD –rnOnly an enlightened being, Gnani Purush, can make us realize our real Self i.e. God! In Akram Vignan, through the Self Realization ceremony, Gnani Purush awakens the Real Self within us and stops the binding of new karmas, which were the reason for us to wander life after life. After Self-Realization, the path to Ultimate Liberation commences. And when all the old karmas get exhausted, the absolute experience of Pure Soul is manifested within and that itself is God! Thus, our real Self within is God and our only goal should be to realize it in this very life. To attain that goal, meeting such an Enlightened person who makes us realize God, our real Self, should be our deepest desire. Trauma feels like a storm that tears down the walls you thought were unshakable. But beneath the wreckage, something else waits. Something you might not expect. With time, and sometimes with the right sacred guidance, the very thing that broke you open can also become what awakens yo
