What It Takes For A Woman To Be Successful In The Online Internet Business

The working women, whether she is a woman business owner or a woman who is employed, face certain obstacles and challenges that men do not. There is a great demand of time and energy on working women who have children. Many women live with guilt feelings of leaving their children with someone else to care for them while they go to work. Women also face gender discrimination, they are passed over for jobs, when sometimes they maybe more qualified than the man. Many times women receive less pay for the same job. That's what I love about the job of selling, you make what you sell, with no gender discrimination. Being a woman, I knew I had to have thick skin if I was going to be successful in a man dominated business. I remember when I was a sells person for a company that made furniture supplies. I sold decorative brass nails, tack hammers, fabric, and anything that it took to make a piece of furniture except the springs and frame. I worked very hard and became the best sells person, which caused friction among the sellsmen. I had to put up with rude remarks and jealousy. After two years, I was offered a sales position in an insurance company. I worked hard again and became a District Manager and then became a Regional Manager. Again I needed thick skin to be able to keep my head hailed high. I was a woman and a very successful one too. I hired woman and men to sell the products that the insurance company provided. A lot of the men had a hard time, having to work for a woman, and they complained among themselves. I had to earn the respect of the men I hired, where if I was a man, I would have the respect because I was the boss. The sells people in my Region did a great job and we won many rewards and many earned a good financial living. I had a total of 19 successful years in the insurance business. A woman can be successful in the internet business. Actually a woman can do just as good as a man and many times better. All it takes is determination to make money online with the willingness to learn the skills that it takes to be successful. A woman usually knows from early upbringing, that women need to work harder to prove themselves to others, so we women already have a winning attitude. We just need to put that attitude mixed with patience and hard work to make the online business successful. It is important to treat the online business as a business, put in the time and effort to make it work. A woman can be an Affiliate and advertise other peoples products or she can make a website and promote her own products. The internet business is usually made up of digital products, such as ebooks, software, reports, and newsletters. The woman will need to learn the different ways to advertise and how to get her site on the first page of google, which is one way to, hopefully, get people to her site. There are a lot of programs that women can do, to make money online, however, there are a lot of scams too. I am still learning about the internet business and I have fallen victim of a few scams. It will be important for the woman to search and search the many different programs out there.
