Accommodation is one of the basic necessities for any human being no matter rich or poor, employee or employer, business man or labor as everyone needs to have a place to reside. Depending on the types of building, residence can be categorized as villas, houses, flats or apartments. Villas are huge individual and very costly properties. Houses are also individual properties but they can be very small or big as well; the houses are complete individual residence. The apartments are a part of building with minimal facilities. According to the type of residence, these can be divided into owned properties and rented properties.
Qatar is a state of Arab and is located in the Middle East; its international boundary touches Saudi Arabia on south and the rest combines with Persian Gulf. Qatar is one of those areas of the Middle East which has developed very rapidly over a last few decades. This development attracted people from all over the world to travel to this area to work or even do business. First priority for these individuals is to look for accommodation. Different kinds of residential buildings are available and include villas in Qatar, houses in Qatar and apartments. These can be either bought or rented. The buildings on rent in Qatar are very common for people who are foreigners.
This background has given a boost to the business of real estate with extensive options of residential property. Villas in Qatar are very luxurious and huge residential properties. The modern architecture and construction techniques are used to build these beautiful buildings. Their special interior design add value to their worth. Different components of these villas in general include grand entrance, covered car parking, rooms with attached baths, swimming pool, hall, modernized kitchen, and the huge sitting area. Mostly rich and high profile individuals are attracted to villas. The foreign families with strong financial background usually reside in villas on rent, but these are not affordable for middle or lower class.
With development process going on, mostly people coming to these places are employees while rich businessmen are very less in number. For the middle or low class employees or workers, it is not possible to afford renting a villa. Houses in Qatar are available for the people belonging to the middle class. These houses in comparison to villas are neither so luxurious nor very huge, but still provide a very good residential facility.
These are also designed and constructed using modern methods and possess all the necessary elements of a complete residential building. Houses on rent is a very important part of the real estate business in Qatar providing high quality accommodation for both businessmen and individual workers with basic aim to provide complete and better services to all of the people. These houses are big enough to serve all the elements of a complete residence and small enough to remain within their budget. Some other kinds of accommodation available on rent in Qatar are flats and apartments which only provide necessary facilities of a residence, and much lower burden on pocket. Whichever social class one belongs to, he/she can find a residence in Qatar according to his/her lifestyle and financial limits.
