Generally, we use to repeat the same patrons when we travel to some place. Some like to just take a backpack and go anywhere, without a specific route; while others prefer to have everything organized by a travel agency. So here there are some facts that will make you discover what kind of traveler you are. Outdoor Traveler: This kind of traveler is where most backpackers fit, they love contacting with nature, they also prefer to spend little in accommodation so usually they sleep at hostels. Regarding food, they hate eating at expensive restaurants or in fast food franchises, so they will always try local food in markets or small restaurants. They usually prefer going to beaches, excursions, and everything involved with nature (yes, every kind of outdoor activities). They usually prefer to take a bus around the city, rent a bike or just walk. These travelers are the most adventurous of all three types and they usually don’t buy souvenirs. Balanced Traveler: This traveler is in the midpoint, and it’s the most adaptable of the three. They like going to every type of places, from small towns to big cities. They can sleep in average hotels but they can also stay at hostels. Their main goal is to know the most popular places of the city, but if they have some extra time, they like to go to less known places. They can travel by taxi, train, or by transportation services like ShuttleWizard or Uber (which is a very economical option). These travelers like to try the main food of each place, but also sometimes go to fast food restaurants like McDonald’s or Subway. They’re always looking for travel hacks (travel apps, airport tips, cheap parking options, money-saving websites, etc.), sharing pictures and planning the next trip. Luxury Traveler: Such travelers regularly go to places where they can get a good rest, like an all-inclusive hotel. Their main goal is to get pampered, lay by the pool, grab some drinks and just rest. Their suitcase is usually very fancy, and they have in mind that they will spend a considerable amount of money on a trip. Their favorite transport is Lyft and they like eating only in expensive restaurants, going to prestigious shows and buying things like artworks or paintings as souvenirs. So now that you know the three main types of travelers, which one do you think you are?
