The presence of caffeine in your coffee greatly aids in combating fatigue and drowsiness along with acting as a powerful brain stimulant. Also, it has been found that this delicious beverage functions in making your nervous system more active and alert along with helping out in carrying out more muscle contractions. This also exerts a shielding effect on liver thereby preventing you from getting afflicted to liver cirrhosis. A significant dose-dependent effect was observed between the consumption of boiled coffee both in men and in women. Among women who drank boiled coffee more than four times a day there was a lowered risk of breast cancer compared. Significance of coffee in the lives of women. As per some clinical research evidence it has been proved that daily intake of coffee greatly mitigates the risk of stroke in females. The study has shown that consumption of a cup of coffee by women on a daily basis cuts down the risk by around 25% as compared to the ones who do not drink this beverage at all or drank less. And hence, as per the research drinking coffee does more good than bad for your health. But, health care professionals claim that non-coffee drinkers should not initiate taking this drink as the study proved that coffee consumers are at less risk of stroke and not that this drink lowers your risk. While, another study conducted on this caffeinated drink has shown that women drinking coffee perform better in their workplace and no relation has been observed in case of males. Drinking coffee enhanced the job performance of females in the stressful atmosphere; whereas, men taking the aid of this drink took longer than usual time to complete their tasks.
