What’s happening in your life? – Become an ‘Observer Self’
Most of us live busy active lives and we go through our daily routine without really thinking about what’s really going on in our lives until something happens to make us be more aware. It could be a very happy event or a sad event that makes us take a look at what is happening in our life.
Think of an event that made you “wake up” to think about how your life is unfolding. What role did you play in manifesting this event? Many people think that ‘things’ are always happening ‘to’ them and they feel like a victim or ‘poor ‘me.

However, when you discover that energy follows your thoughts, your life changes and you manifest what you want in your life. So when you feel happy and positive, happy and positive things happen in your life. It is that simple. Become more tuned in to how you are feeling and behaving. Are you thinking negative about others or yourself? Stop right now! Reprogram your thoughts and feelings to have positive images about yourself and others too.

Forgive yourself and realize that your love can assist others too. Fill your heart with love for yourself, others and feel the love of God within you. Realize that you are in charge of creating your life events as you are in charge of your feelings and your thoughts. Energy (events) follows our thoughts.

You can help others too. Send good thoughts to people that are bothering you. Even if, at this time, you don’t feel that way, pretend that you do. Learn to love you! Learn to love everyone, just as God does.
Remember that whatever you give out will come back to you. Watch the language you use each day. Are you throwing out negative words? If so, negativity will bounce back to you. Conversely, if you send out kind and positive words, you will receive them back. It’s important to be aware of what’s happening in your life so you will be conscious of your behaviour and by being conscious, you will become more empowered to create the right energy to have a healthy and productive life.
Small things make a difference and a ‘shift’ in perception can make a huge difference. By taking an ‘Observer Self’ view, you can look at your life, without being critical, and see what’s truly going on. Are you willing to look and your Self?

Become an ‘Observer Self’:
• Look in the mirror – Are you happy?
• Observe how you react to strangers.
• Are you judging them all the time?
• Are thoughts mostly positive or negative?
• Are you fearful of the future?
• Are you heart-centered today?
• Do you feel creative or stuck?
• Do you accept others who are different from you?
• Do you love yourself?
• Do you love others?
• Do you love God?
• Are your actions peaceful?
• What makes you happy?

We are all here on this spiritual jou
ey to learn how to love. See each person as a fellow traveler. We just take different approaches and have different experiences to discover that love is the key. Those in pain and sadness, need your love and compassion.

Remember that energy follows thought, we can create a way of being where we manifest just what we need. If you want nice people around you, be nice. If you want abundance, be grateful of what you have already received, share abundantly and feel the joy of what the universe wants to share with you in the future. Have a heart of gratitude each day, each moment. If you want peace in your life, be peaceful each day and fill your heart with love.
